Tango

Axel Perugino is an Italian/Finnish Tango DJ and dancer. He has made first-hand contact with Tango when his was still a little child. His father took him to classes and milongas.

His first steps came in 2006 under the direction of Leone, his dad, then from 2009 he started taking lessons from Peppe Di Gennaro. Attending numerous festival, marathons and seminars, he refined his basis and style.

Napoli has always been a cauldron of artists. Many musicalizadores Axel met, and in 2009 he took this job too.

It was the romantic and old view of his older friends, that gave him a personal idea of the “Buena onda”.

Romance, hate and despair should give more space to joy, fun and the unusual.

That is his style. Being funny and respectful of the tradition. Understanding the room.
